Whether you're looking to swim laps, take a gentle walk or simply ease pressure on your joints, we have a pool to match your goals. Our 25-metre pool is perfect for swimming and building endurance, while the dedicated walking lane offers a great way to stay active at your own pace. 

If relaxation is more your style, unwind in our leisure pool or float along the lazy river - ideal for low-impact movement and stress relief. Finish off your session by relaxing in our pool-side saunas.

Group Fitness Centre

  • At a minimum, please bring a towel and a water bottle to stay refreshed and maintain hygiene. 

    What you need may vary depending on the type of class or facility you're using:

    • For fitness classes: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive active footwear. Bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable while exercising, such as a sweat towel or personal mat.
    • For pool sessions: Bring a set of bathers, a shirt you can wear in the water (if you prefer) and a change of clothes for after you swim.
