Enrolments for The Education Department's VacSwim October and summer school holiday programs are now open.

The Education Department's VacSwim program provides vital swimming and water safety education to Western Australian children aged 5 to 17 years of age.

The Education Department's VacSwim program will be running again in October 2026 and January 2027. Enrolments for these programs are now open.

Key Information

  • Siblings will be charged entry.
  • Under 12 years have to be supervised by an adult at all times, parents must stay in the aquatic centre.
  • All swimmers under 6 years must wear a Watch around Water wristband and must be accompanied by a parent or teacher in the water.

All passes include entry for 1 child swimmer and 1 spectator.
