Swimming is a low impact activity with many physical and mental health benefits for all ages and all abilities all year round. Our Adult swimming classes are designed to develop confidence and stroke technique and to improve fitness. Lessons cater for different swimming abilities; from beginners to intermediate swimmers.
Water exercise doesn't have to be all about lap swimming, at Arena there are other water workouts you can enjoy including aqua aerobics or check out our Lane Availability for quieter times suitable for walking/running in designated slow lanes.
