Whether you’re new to exercise or a regular looking to accelerate your results - small group personal training is a cost effective way to supercharge your workout.

  • Sessions will include, suspension training, kettlebells, bands, boxing, battle ropes, medicine balls and body weight functional exercises
  • 30 minute sessions
  • First session is free

Session numbers are capped to maintain a low client to personal training ratio. If you are new to us you please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early to your first session.
