One on one Personal Training

It's just you and your dedicated trainer - perfect if you are in need of a motivational push in your training. Before we provide you with your personal training program, we run through a full fitness appraisal. This is the best way to know exactly where you are at and what your goals are. We will also help you set short and long term goals. Our motivated and qualified trainers have a range of backgrounds and specialties.

Two on one sessions

If you have a friend, family member or colleague with similar training goals, why not train together and save. It’s a great way to keep motivated and get results in a fun and interactive way at an affordable rate.
