Background

I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since I was 17, but my passion for fitness started long before that. With a background in swimming, netball, and surf lifesaving, I’ve learnt the value of discipline, consistency, and inner strength.

Through years of training and overcoming my own physical limitations, I’ve come to understand that real progress starts in the mind. That’s why I’m committed to helping others feel capable, confident, and strong in their own bodies.
