As an official HYROX Training Club, our members get exclusive access to HYROX small group training - structured, race‑specific sessions to build the strength, endurance, and confidence you need on race day.
But HYROX isn’t just about fitness, it’s about execution. Each station has strict movement standards, and poor technique can result in penalties, slow you down, and lead to fatigue or injury. That’s why training with the right coaching matters, ensuring you develop correct technique, pacing, and race strategy from day one.
